Archaeological excavations

TVK will support continued excavations by the archaeology department at 10 sites - Keezhadi, Adichanallur, Kodumanal, Mayiladumparai, Sivakalai, Azhaganku­lam, Arikamedu, Saluvankuppam, Kaveripoompattinam and Poompuhar. Efforts will be made to win UNESCO World Heritage status for Keezhadi and Adichanallur, and government-funded 'school student tours' to these sites will be arranged.
