Every one of our government schemes will be designed to reach the people firmly and directly. In that way, ours will be the first government in India to bring welfare schemes directly to the people without forcibly requiring them to fill out any documents (No-Application).

Today, to receive government schemes people face various constraints such as eligibility, filling out applications correctly, contacting the relevant office, and bribing officials. This is merely a way of unfairly cheating the people, not welfare politics. In this situation, within the next five to seven years our TVK rule will make Tamil Nadu the first state in India to 'implement welfare schemes without forcibly requiring documents from the people (No-Application)'. With the help of technology, through digital data including Aadhaar, family card, family information and activities, we will identify the eligible person for welfare schemes. Eligible beneficiaries will receive the benefits of schemes without any application procedure. Through the "Chief Minister's People Service Friend", the benefits of the scheme will be sought out and delivered to beneficiaries' homes.
