Weaver assistance amount

Tamil Nadu's weavers are among the most skilled artisans in the world. Yet their livelihood is still mired in severe struggle. To remedy this, every weaver family that owns its own loom (powerloom/handloom) will be given an assistance amount of ₹30 thousand per year.
