Free electricity for powerlooms

The free electricity currently given to households with handlooms will be raised to 500 units. Likewise, free electricity for households with powerlooms will be raised to 1500 units. Small powerloom units (maximum 12 powerlooms) will be given a 75 percent subsidy to install solar panels.
