A Tamil Nadu Teachers' Protection Act will be introduced, and temporary teachers who have completed 5 years of service will be made permanent teachers. Likewise, during their service as temporary teachers, it will be ensured that temporary teachers also receive "equal pay for equal work" on par with permanent teachers.
