A Tamil Nadu Sports University will be set up with skilled sports coaching, sports medicine, sports technology and excellent administrative infrastructure, capable of turning Tamil Nadu's athletes into Olympic medallists. Sports Excellence Centres will be established to provide coaching on par with that given to athletes in developed countries.
