Headmaster skill development scheme

To further sharpen the leadership qualities of school headmasters, a headmaster skill development scheme will be implemented. For this, a dedicated leadership training institute will be set up and continuous training will be provided to headmasters working across the state. Under this scheme, schools that perform well and excel in learning outcomes will be given Rs 50 lakh as an incentive.
