The government itself will bear the education and living expenses of Tamil Nadu students who qualify to study at the world's top 100 educational institutions. In return, after completing their degree, those students will serve for three years as government advisors, as honorary teachers in Tamil Nadu educational institutions, or as entrepreneurs investing in Tamil Nadu. This knowledge exchange will help guide successive generations of students.
