திருநர் நலன் காக்கும் விதமாக கீழ்க்கண்ட திட்டங்கள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும். தொகுப்பூதியம் 3000 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும். திருநர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பை பெறும் வகையில் திறன் மேம்பாட்டுப் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். சுய உதவிக் குழுக்கள் அமைக்கவும், சுய வேலைவாய்ப்புக்களை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் உதவி செய்யப்படும்.To protect the welfare of transgender people, the following schemes will be introduced. A consolidated allowance of ₹3000 will be provided. Skill development training will be given so that transgender people can obtain employment. Help will be provided to form self-help groups and to create self-employment opportunities.
