Cauvery river water rights

Per the 2018 Supreme Court verdict, TVK will secure Tamil Nadu's rightful share of Cauvery water. Steps will be taken to further strengthen Tamil Nadu's rights in the Cauvery Water Management Authority. We will not concede even a drop of Tamil Nadu's rightful share.

    Tamil Nadu moved the Supreme Court after Karnataka failed to comply with the CWRC's 28 July order (158–550 cusecs actually received at Biligundlu against 3,500 ordered), claiming a due share of 26.954 TMC.
