Tamil Nadu anti-corruption monitoring unit; corruption prevented before it happens

Beyond taking action after a malpractice has occurred, under TVK rule the anti-corruption monitoring unit operating with technological assistance will continuously monitor government procurement, records of welfare scheme distribution, and money transactions, and will prevent malpractices before the crime happens.
