Five special scheme budget statements, for the first time in India

Under this budget statement, from the announcement of funds for schemes through their reaching the beneficiaries, and the resulting impact on society, everything will be subjected to intensive monitoring and examination. They are: Social Justice Budget Statement - this fund, allocated for the equal advancement of women, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe people, and all kinds of marginalised people, will be spent in full without any diversion.
