Private firms that employ Tamil Nadu youth to the extent of 75% in their establishments will be given a 2.5% subsidy on state GST, a 5% subsidy on electricity charges, and priority in government procurement. Through this scheme, Tamil Nadu youth are assured of obtaining employment on a large scale.
