Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme

Micro, small and medium enterprises in Tamil Nadu do not purchase and use technologies suited to the growing world. In particular, they lack the financial means to purchase AI, sensor technology, and modern manufacturing machinery. As a result, Tamil Nadu's MSME enterprises are unable to compete in the international market. To avoid this, investment subsidies or financial assistance of up to a maximum of 50 lakh rupees will be provided to enable MSME enterprises to purchase and use new technologies. For this, 1000 crore will be set aside as a Technology Upgradation Fund.
