To improve industrial growth, the difficult procedures for starting industrial enterprises will be simplified as follows. • Licenses will be issued within 7 working days for starting micro and cottage industries. • Licenses will be issued within 15 working days for starting small and medium industries. • Licenses will be issued within 21 working days for starting mega industrial enterprises of more than 200 crore rupees. If the government takes no decision within the above-mentioned time limit, the applicant enterprises will be deemed to have automatically received the license.
