To improve mental wellbeing, social harmony and quality of life, the TVK government will create a state-wide 'Happiness Ecosystem' in partnership with corporations, social organisations and educational institutions. Through measurable outcomes and people-welfare-centred administration, TVK will position Tamil Nadu as the best state in citizens' wellbeing and happiness. This will serve as a national-level model for compassionate governance.
