மனிதக் கழிவுகளை அகற்றும் பணியில் இதுவரை ஈடுபட்டிருந்த பணியாளர்களுக்கு, மேற்சொன்ன நவீன இயந்திரங்களை இயக்கும் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு, ஆப்பரேட்டர்களாக நியமிக்கப்படுவார்கள். இதன்மூலம் அவர்களின் வேலை இழப்பு தடுக்கப்பட்டு, அவர்களின் கண்ணியமான வாழ்வு உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.Workers who have so far been engaged in manually removing human waste will be given training to operate the aforementioned modern machines and will be appointed as operators. This will prevent their loss of employment and ensure their dignified living.
