அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களுக்குமான நிலையான மற்றும் காலநிலை மாற்றத்தைச் சமாளிக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு யதார்த்தமான 'காலநிலை மாற்றத்தைச் சமாளிக்கும் பெருந்திட்ட வரைவு 2045'-ஐ தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு உருவாக்கும். எஞ்சியுள்ள நீர்நிலைகள் மற்றும் இயற்கை சுற்றுச்சூழல் அமைப்புகளை கண்டறிந்து மீட்டு சீரமைப்போடு, நீர்நிலை ஆக்கிரமிப்புகளுக்கு எதிராகக் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.The TVK government will create a realistic 'Climate-Resilient Master Plan 2045' for all districts that is sustainable and capable of withstanding climate change. Along with identifying, restoring and reorganising the remaining water bodies and natural ecosystems, strict action will be taken against encroachment of water bodies.
