Drug-free Tamil Nadu
A drug prevention force will be created under the direct supervision of the Chief Minister. Through this, drug use will be completely eliminated by operating on a war footing. Those who sell narcotics will not only be arrested but will also be detained under the Goondas Act. An anti-drug forum will be set up in every school. The TVK government will create a "Rehabilitation Fund" to help those recovering from addiction. Furthermore, villages that eradicate addiction will be given special funds of ₹10 lakh for infrastructure schemes along with the government's assessment certificate.
