Justice for those killed in custodial deaths

Every custodial death that occurs in a state shows the failure of the government administering that state. Under our TVK rule, an independent inquiry will be carried out to secure justice for the families affected by custodial deaths committed under DMK rule. Stern action will be taken without any bias against all those who engaged in such brutal violence.
