Welfare of families of missing fishers

Under the rules currently in force, if a fisher goes missing at sea, he is officially declared dead only after 7 years. Only after that are the due reliefs given to his family. Changing this situation, if a fisher goes missing, the due relief will be given to his family within the next six months.
