அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்கள், ஆசிரியர்களின் மனநலன் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதிசெய்யும் வகையில், 5,000 மனநல ஆலோசகர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டு மாணவர்களுக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் உளவியல் முதலுதவிப் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். மாணவர்களிடையே மன அழுத்தத்தை குறைக்கவும் நினைவாற்றலை அதிகரிக்கவும் மகிழ்ச்சிப் பாடத்திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.To ensure the mental health and safety of government school students and teachers, 5,000 mental health counsellors will be appointed and psychological first-aid training will be provided to students and teachers. To reduce stress among students and increase memory, a happiness curriculum will be introduced.
